IN LOVING MEMORY: Betsy Hernandez of Silverwind
In Loving Memory of Betsy Hernandez, whose beautiful voice led so many into God's presence. What a gift it was to have Betsy as a dear friend and worship Jesus alongside her throughout our years with Agape Force, Candle, and Silverwind. Betsy loved Jesus deeply, and you could hear it in every note she sang. She was a wonderful songwriter with an extraordinary soprano voice, but what I remember most is her heart for the Lord and for people. We were missionary troubadours, traveling countless miles, singing our hearts out, and spending hours praying for people. Through it all, our joy was simply to make Jesus known. We're sharing Silverwind's "A Song in the Night" today, remembering Betsy and those wonderful years of worshiping and serving the Lord together. Winnie and I are keeping Frank and the entire family close in our hearts and prayers. May the Lord surround them with His love and comfort.
